Hey friends, we are fearless. Welcome to the Fearless Project YouTube Channel, and anywhere that you may find this video on socials. Today I'm gonna talk to you about Generators and how Generators work out. I am a personal trainer. I also happen to be a Generator, so this is real personal for me. In human design, there are five energy types. Any one person on the planet is one of these five, and this video is particular to Generators. Generators are super magnetic. If we are working out and being physical in a way that makes our body feel fucking fantastic, that we feel energized, very specifically energized, post-workout, post movement, post something that we are doing with our bodies, you're doing the right thing. You don't have to question it any deeper than that. I love how there are fitness hacks for everything and that people have tried to hack the system as to how to feel the fittest, look the fittest, and whatever the fuck that all means. We've tried to figure out that, you know what? Fitness modality, I can't help myself, but fucking laugh because. There is going to be something for every Generator on the planet that they feel better doing physically than someone else. I've tried a lot of different fitness modalities. I've tried a lot of different ones, and when something piques my interest, when I feel good post moving about something new, if I haven't done it before, I realize now, and also knowing my design. This particular modality of movement follows me wherever I go. Generators, if you as a kid did something that you know as a kid you loved, but maybe you haven't picked up in a really long time, maybe try going back to that thing. Or listening to that song that you did in that one class once upon a time, and it'll spawn you into maybe going back to that Pilates class where you heard that song. If the Pilates teacher is playing music or to sign up for soccer, the thing is endless, the key Generators is that you feel energized post-workout. This is the key. I don't care what any other human design reader could say or any other health practitioner could say, this is the best way to get abs. Typically, it's most of the time what we're putting in our system that's actually gonna give us abs, what we're eating. If you don't feel good post the workout, post the movement, post anything that you did with your body physically that day, I encourage you to stop doing it.'cause that is our key. You have a sacral center that is thriving and jiving. Do the things that make the sacral center feel good. On a human design graph that is the square up from the bottom square. There's two at the very bottom, and I'm just making hand gestures here, is if I would magically have, something pop up on the screen, but I'm not that techie, that's a sacral center. If that is colored in, you're a Generator. Woo woo. That is the thing that is powering you up, that is making you feel good doing the thing that you're doing. Every time, I have ever burnt out my system and body as a whole, as a Generator, is by doing things over and over again physically, that over time I realized was beating my body up, was making me feel energetically depleted post-workout. Whether that was a mixture of emotional depletion, whether it was a mixture of I'm just lying flat on my ass and I can't get up, because that workout was really hard. Or, I just mentally felt super checked out. These are all signs that your energy is being drained while you are doing the thing that you're doing. If you have never stuck to a workout routine, if you've never been able to find a modality of something that you like, of something that feels like, yes, this is me, post-workout, post, whatever, maybe you just haven't found your movement modality yet. Now, movement modality, workout modality could be scuba diving, it could be walking backwards. I see people do that. Those people are cool. They're going against the grain, literally. It could be fencing, it could be something super obscure. It could be highland dancing. You happen to see the Highland dancer on my wall behind me? Could be something that's not very, every day that we see on TikTok that we see on Instagram that we see somewhere in front of us of, oh, I should go try that thing could be something really obscure. The new way is to which you potentially are gonna feel healthier and feel better as a Generator is doing things that make you feel awesome. To give you a little bit of insight to wrap up on this, what should a generator do to work out video, I've done a lot of different things to work out. To strengthen my body, and yes, I do recommend weight training for every human. It really depends on the stage of life they are in, but moving physical weight is going to make you stronger, is going to make you a healthier human as a whole. As we age, our body changes and we do lose bone density. We do lose a certain range of motion. So doing things that physically challenge your capability at the time of your life and age is important. That could include weight training, but maybe your weight training is chopping wood. An ax is heavy. Using force of your body to chop a piece of wood. Holy shit, that's a workout and a half. That's a crunch you didn't realize. Extending the spine and physically adding force to something. Whoa, we're getting sidetracked here. Generators. Stop doing the things you don't like doing for movement. Open yourself up to maybe I'm gonna go try a new class. Maybe, I actually do need an accountability buddy. Or maybe it's a new season, like the summer and you're gonna start running with a new runner friend that you didn't realize that you wanted that best friend in your life. Hands down, great summer so far, Dee. If you watch this video. You just don't know. But as long as it's giving you energy in the long term. Over the course. Now, this is the task for you Generators. The task from this video. If you are currently doing a fitness routine and it fucking rocks for you, you feel jazzed about it. Keep going. If you are about to start a new workout routine of some kind or something within you is like, I need to get a trainer. I need to do this, I need to do that one. Pick one thing. First off, pick one thing. Don't go to two classes or four new classes in a month. Pick one thing and go a couple of times either by a class pass, do a trial, do a something, talk to somebody. Do one thing. Over the course of a month, track how you feel post. See if you feel excited about the walk there. See if you feel excited to meet your friend, or go for coffee afterwards. See how it fits into your routine as a whole. Just because everyone on the internet is showing their life story through, this is what I do in a day and this is how I stay fit, doesn't mean that you need to hop on every single trend. See how you feel pre and post and pick one thing and stick to it for a month. A month isn't a very long time. Generators. I hope this helped you just die, bash any extra random shit about what to do for your workout routine. This is the most basic explanation to start with. There are other explanations as to if there are different things going on in your human design chart that we are not gonna get into it in this video right now. I will do a reading of my own chart specifically as to why I do what I do workout wise. But this is a general overview. Generators, pick one thing, do it for a month, see if you're excited about it, and the routine around this workout if this feels fucking awesome. That's it. My name is Frances Young, and I hope you learned a little bit about yourself today and if there is one thing that you can take from this video is to remember that you are already fearless.
