Hey friends, we are fearless. Welcome to the Fearless Project YouTube Channel, and wherever you may find this on social media. We're doing a little series here on Manifestors. On, how the hell does every energy type in human design, how are they designed to work out? This is the video for Manifestors. Okay, from zero to a hundred, this is how Manifestors operate. Or from zero to 200 is how I should say this. Manifestors, you may not like the fact that I'm gonna give you just the very basic, regardless of your authority, this is how you work out as a Manifestor. The fact that I described that your energy is either zero or 200 is how you work out. You're either gonna be in a rest where you feel like you do not have a workout routine or movement routine whatsoever. Then, in the period of three months, you feel like you just can't stop moving every single day. It may look a little bit erratic Over the course of a year, over the course of your life. Regardless of authority, it's either your body's either gonna be on or off. That's actually why you can't stick to a long-term routine on how much you're moving every single day because your body could be in a deep period of rest and all that you can manage and you happen to be a runner is 5K for half a year. I'm just being very basic on giving some examples here on something that could be a thing, but there are going to be periods where you feel like you're on fire and that things are super consistent because the amount of energy that is flowing through you is not just through others. It is from direct source and it is fueling you on purpose. Then there are gonna be other times of the year, other times simply down to a month. If you're a female, definitely linked to your cycle in a way that is particular to every single female because again, our cycles change throughout an entire year, let alone in three months. It's gonna look a little different, especially from Manifesting Generators and Generators, hands down. If you are a manifester that really needs a workout accountability or really needs to go to a class from what you've tried previously to even watching this video. You might be that type of person. Manifestors do not have a sacral center colored in, and they are feeding a certain amount of energy off of others. This is how you are designed. Do not stress on this, but if you're always a class person or always need a trainer or always have noticed, at a certain point you need someone else in the room with you. Go for it. If you're a Manifestor that really needs your space all the time, even more when you work out, go on it. This is particular, but I'm giving the very basic overview. I will read a chart to get specific into authority and profile and other aspects around why certain Manifestors work out in certain places. You're literally either on or off, honey, I'm sorry, but not. Your body, your energy in your system wouldn't have it any other way. That does not mean that in your rest period you'll become unhealthy. No, your body is trying to do other things. It's giving you the cues to rest on purpose. It's giving you the cues, not that you necessarily have adrenal fatigue. It's just giving you the cue that you're not supposed to move at the speed as someone else. Because Manifestors, you have this ability of getting shit done when you are in your high and 200 plus energy time that is unmatched by any other type. My system is like, oh my God, yo, you, you move mountains Manifestors, but honoring when it's time to move the mountain, also applies to how you work out and how your fitness routine functions in your life. That's gonna function differently, male to female transitioning humans. Regardless of which transition you are in. It is going to be uncharted territory, especially as you're going into the rest. Noticing and taking note of the rest phase. Once you start doing that, it's game changer.'cause we release all judgment on, oh shit, I just need to take another nap. Also, Manifestors side note on just the type of workout vibe you need. You guys need play. You guys need something that feels a little stop and start. So Manifestors typically are super into sports. Of any kind. There are sports like running. You just go and go and go. Manifestors definitely run, but you might go through periods of your life where you're running a lot and then running a little less. Not necessarily stopping. Running can also be playful. Running is one of the first thing kids learn to do once they're standing up and walking, they just start running and falling on their face. I watched a kid today like, learn a little bit more, get a little more confident in their body running. They happen to be a Manifesting Generator, not a manifester, but like, whoa, watching kids figure it out. Beautiful. Play Manifestor. Have fun with it. Feel like you are the one in control of your workout because you are. If you feel that somebody else is in control, even if yes, you happen to be taking a class, that's fine. But you are the one that's deciding to be there. You have not been influenced to take that class. You chose. Zero a hundred, 200 and play. Let yourself have some fucking fun. I hope that by these kind of two nuggets of information Manifestor, watching that this has just debunked. This is why I am like this, and to remember that you are already fearless.
