Hey friends, we are fearless. Welcome to the Fearless Project YouTube channel, and anywhere where you may find this video or recording. You are about to learn Reflector. Yes, this video's for you. If you've looked at any parts of these series and started to watch them, I make a big disclaimer at the beginning and that there are very particular nuances to every single person's human design graph and how that particular person is designed to work out. I'm doing a very basic bitch video slash recording on where to start on if I'm a Reflector. How do I work out? Because there's a starting point. Swear to God. Reflector, you are going to be the most picky person on where you work out. This is the key. Reflectors, you know that you are super sensitive, and I mean that in the best way possible. All of your energy centers on a human design graph specifically are white in order to take in the world, in order to understand your world better. You take in your environment more than anyone else. If there's a period of time where you are really picky on the physical space when you're going into a certain gym and compared to another gym, this is why anything outdoors is grounding for you is important for you. So hands down, we can start there as well. Just finding a way to be in nature and doing something physical, in nature. You guys resonate with it way differently than other energy types. We all need nature. But this video, again, specific to Reflectors, if you haven't been able to stick to a particular routine, this is also why, because these are, the environment is not correct. The people, even if you loved the environment for a period of time, but the people that are now in that environment aren't right. You're gonna, your energy's gonna wanna take you somewhere else. It's gonna burn you out and then take you somewhere else or cause you to not wanna work out at all. The ebbs and flows in the ups and downs on how much movement you do in a given week, let alone month and year, will fluctuate. Allowing yourself to know that this is correct for you, but still be badass and strong in whatever way that you are working on being badass and strong like this is, this is you. Doesn't mean you're gonna be unhealthy by the fact that things ebb and flow and change and don't, in air quotes, feel consistent. Your system is telling you that your environment means everything. Immediately I wanna give a story about a ballroom dancer that I know very from afar is a Reflector. They go to dance class all the time. But the people where the dance class is, how they feel over time. The fact that dance can be really tricky and hard and physically demanding one day and then not as much the next to me. Perfect. If you are a Reflector and going to CrossFit class. Awesome. But I really hope that that gym either has the ability for you to run outside, has the ability and programming for you to do multiple different types of classes. Because one day, yeah, it's great for me to weightlift on Monday, but maybe my system can't handle it the rest of the week and it needs the yoga classes there all week for the rest of it. Amazing. This is how you find consistency and this is how you honor what your body is telling you. It's very, it's literally feels like the complete opposite to a Generator.'cause a Generator just has to do what they're excited about, what's giving them energy post and during. The Reflector could be next to a Generator in a workout one day and be like, high on life energy is flowing through your veins. Reflector, we need you and we need you to not be in burnout mode all the time. So honoring the flows, honoring the environment, honoring, maybe you do just need to be delighted by going to a new studio, and that's where you're gonna be for a couple months, and then you move on. It doesn't mean you're flaky to your workout routine. It means you're honoring the place where your body is telling you you need to be. Now, your authority does really play into your workout and this as much as I'll get into other specific videos per authorities for their workout style, for other energy types. I just said the fact that you might wanna do a certain modality of movement. For a certain period of time of a year, and maybe that's only three months in a row because something kept feeling month after month for those three months, that was good. And then you start noticing a change, and you change it naturally without fighting it. This is linked to your lunar authority. The fact that it takes you a month to be like, this is working. This is working, and then it just keeps working. And this environment isn't telling me no. Strongly linked to how you work out, strongly linked. I hope Reflector that by giving you the reconfirmation, that feeling that you move at a different speed and in different environments throughout the course of a month and a year helps you remember that you are designed fearlessly.
